Svetlana is the office manager at Covert & Co., where she leads all operational, administrative and human resources related activities. Prior experience includes management support for the media investment banking group at Montgomery & Co. and the leveraged fiance group at CIBC World Markets. Svetlana brings more than 5 years of human resources experience from Ernst & Young in Los Angeles where she held a position of a HRIS Administrator and Human Resources Associate.

Svetlana studied English Language and Literature at the University of Belgrade, Serbia and is an active member of the National Notary Association for the State of California.
