Jason Lee
Jason is an investment banking Analyst at Covert & Co. Previously, he was an Analyst in the media group at Montgomery & Co., working on M&A and private placement transactions, including Meebo.com’s $25M Series C financing, the sale of Lexico Publishing to IAC, and the sale of Daily Candy to Comcast.
Jason graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Corporate Finance.
