Alisa is an investment banking Associate at Covert & Co. Previously, she was an Associate at the private equity firm The Gores Group, where she focused on acquisitions and divestitures in the technology, telecom, and business services sectors. Previously, she was an investment banking Analyst at CIBC World Markets.

Alisa received her B.A. in Economics and Computer Science from Claremont McKenna College and her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
