Constellation Software Inc. Acquires Varsity Logistics Inc.

Toronto, Canada – October 5, 2007 – Constellation Software Inc. (“Constellation”) (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Constellation Software (U.S.A.) Inc., the acquisition of San Francisco, CA-based Varsity Logistics Inc. (“Varsity”), a privately held corporation.
