eLabor acquired by ADP

As of February 2003, eLabor was acquired by Automatic Data Processing (ADP) for an undisclosed amount.  eLabor is a provider of integrated application solutions for labor resource planning.  eLabor services mid- to large-sized companies in a variety of industries including electronics, energy, healthcare, and manufacturing, among others.

Previous investors include Brentwood Venture Capital, Firm Venture Capital, Lehman Brothers PE, Microsoft, and Redpoint Ventures.
